Thinking of shifting tech careers

3 years of experience na ko, currently fullstack (React + Node). What I discovered tho was that mas magaling ako with managing people in my company, so maybe I should be a project manager? Hindi ba mas malaki yung pull ko if I was a project manager with technical experience? Anyone else have this same career trajectory? How did you navigate?
